Furthermore, Okatsune combines the hardness with a special flexibility, so that the cutting blade is always aligned with the counter knife even after intensive use.
• The blade has been ground at two angles, so it also cuts through wood smoothly and does not damage the plant unnecessarily. Due to the unique shape of the hollow ground blade, the juice flows away from the blade and the blades will not fall apart. The V-shape of the spring ensures that the cutting load is evenly distributed over the length of the spring, which ensures smooth closing.
• The blades are very easy to grind with the Okatsune whetstone (Okatsune 412). The scissors have a locking system that can be operated with one hand.
