In the US presidential primaries, Trump and Biden won comfortably in Nebraska, Maryland and West Virginia.

As the countdown continues for the presidential elections to be held on November 5 in the USA, unopposed Democrat Joe Biden and Republican Donald Trump won comfortably in the primaries held in Nebraska, Maryland and West Virginia.

The primary election process in the US presidential race continued with elections in the states of Nebraska, Maryland and West Virginia.

In the primary election process, which continued as a formality since both were unopposed, Democratic candidate Biden and Republican candidate Trump won by a wide margin in these three states.

Trump, who is the sole candidate of the Republican Party, received 77 percent of the votes in Nebraska, 80 percent in Maryland and 88 percent in West Virginia, ahead of Nikki Haley, who is still in the race.

Running alone in the Democratic Party, current US President Biden received 92 percent of the votes in Nebraska, 86 percent in Maryland and 70 percent in West Virginia.

The official presidential candidate for the Republican Party will be determined in July, and for the Democratic Party at the party congresses in August.

The presidential elections in the USA, where Trump and Biden are expected to face each other once again, will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
