The MSCI Asia Pacific Index is up over 1% as of 07:38 this morning, after four consecutive days of decline.

Hong Kong Hang Seng leads the rise with 1.53 percent.

US indices, which completed the day with limited increases yesterday, are also on the rise in futures. The Bloomberg Dollar Index, which fell 0.24% on Monday with US bond yields, continues its losses this morning.

The Japanese yen hit its strongest level in more than three weeks against the dollar.
