ING Türkiye announced that it has secured a sustainability-related syndication loan worth 332 million euros.
In the statement made by ING Turkey, the cost of the syndicated loan with a maturity of 367 days was SOFR + 4.25% for the dollar tranche and Euribor + 4.00% for the euro.
Increasing the sustainability-related loans provided by the bank, green building certifications and increasing the sustainability training of employees became the sustainability performance criteria of the loan.
In the transaction, which took place with the participation of 26 banks from 14 countries, ING N.V. and Emirates NBD Capital Limited sustainability coordinator, Emirates NBD Capital Limited transaction coordinator and Emirates NBD Bank (P.J.S.C.) as agent bank.
