In the statement, it was reminded that airlines that canceled their flights within the scope of EU passenger rights should refund the flight fee within 7 days, and this period was extended for tickets purchased through internet agencies.
With the new application, it was noted that starting from June 30, internet travel agencies will receive the refund from the airline within 7 days for canceled flights and will send it to the consumer within 7 days at the latest.
In the statement, it was stated that the return transactions accumulated in the past period will be resolved by the end of this month.
