New investigation into Boeing
The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) launched an investigation into Boeing’s inspection processes for 787 Dreamliner aircraft.

In the statement, it was stated that it was investigated whether Boeing had completed the inspections and whether the company’s employees had forged aircraft records, and that the company had also re-examined all 787 aircraft in its production system and needed to create a plan for the fleet in service.
