New investigation into Boeing

New investigation into Boeing

The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) launched an investigation into Boeing’s inspection processes for 787 Dreamliner aircraft.

In the statement made by the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), it was stated that an investigation was launched against the company in April after Boeing voluntarily reported that it may not have completed the necessary inspections to verify that there were adequate connections and grounding where the wings meet the fuselage on some 787 Dreamliner aircraft.

In the statement, it was stated that it was investigated whether Boeing had completed the inspections and whether the company’s employees had forged aircraft records, and that the company had also re-examined all 787 aircraft in its production system and needed to create a plan for the fleet in service.

The statement emphasized that the FAA will take every precaution to ensure the safety of airline passengers while the investigation continues.
