It has been announced that AnadoluJet will continue its activities under the “AJet Air Transport Joint Stock Company”, which will be established as a 100 percent subsidiary of Turkish Airlines.
Turkish Airlines’ (THY) statement on the subject on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) noted the following:
“Our Board of Directors has decided that our partnership will continue its activities under the ‘AJet Air Transport Joint Stock Company’, which will be established as a 100% subsidiary of Turkish Airlines, in order for the AnadoluJet brand to continue its activities as a low-cost airline at global standards and to strengthen its competitive position in the market.”
