Arm move from the world’s most valuable chip manufacturer

It is stated that the chip designer Arm is in talks with Nvidia, the world’s most valuable chip maker, for the IPO.

According to the Financial Times, SoftBank Group Corp. chip designer Arm Ltd., backed by It is meeting with Nvidia to join a group of potential investors for its initial public offering.

The Financial Times stated that Nvidia, a longtime partner and customer of Arm, is looking to invest in a valuation of between $35 billion and $40 billion.

Arm’s success is critical for the Tokyo-based investment company that bought Arm for $32 billion in 2016 to get back on its feet after losing billions in startup investments.
