The repercussions of Elon Musk, the owner of the social media company Twitter, are continuing to replace Twitter’s logo at headquarters with an “X”.

The City of San Francisco’s Building Inspection Department said it has received 24 complaints from residents regarding the unauthorized logo change.

Officials noted that the public complained about the “X” logo being unsafe and because of the light it emits.

While complaints and permission discussions about the logo change in Twitter’s headquarters continued, the “X” that replaced the classic “bird” logo was removed.

The San Francisco city government had previously opened an investigation into Twitter for “violating the sign permission granted”.
